Tamanaco Return Policy

At Tamanaco, we stand behind the quality of our sporting goods and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Returns are only accepted for orders placed through our official website.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless due to a manufacturer defect).

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at jdelmoral@rcvtrading.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
